45 Minute Therapeutic Massage
Come in and et those issues that you've been puting off dealt with. This is the perfect length of treatment for a couple of area's. ex: neck and shoulders or upper and lower back.
60 Minute Prenatal
Massage
Book this during your pregnancy, to help relax you along the way! Be sure to mention if you prefer light or deeper pressure and ask any questions you have! A treatment plan is catered to the effects of Pregancy on the body.
60 Minute Therapeutic Massage
This treatment will give the Therapist lots of time to "get into" the tissues. This is a great treatment for assessing problem area's and addressing pain, tension acute and chronic issues.
1 Hour Warm Stone
Massage
Achieve a great level of muscle tension decrease with the use of Warm stones to increase circulation and reduce discomfort and even release stubborn trigger points. A "must try"!
90 Minute Therapeutic Massage
Are you getting behind on your self care or are the tension and pain a daily stuggle? Consider this treatment to get many areas addressed in one treatment! Prepare for this treatment by drinking more water than usual so you are nice and hydrated.
60 Minute Crainosacral Treatments
Craniosacral is a gentle treatment created to support and improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to assess and release restrictions within the craniosacral system. Areas are focused on but not limited to the skull, spine, pelvis, as well as the membranes and fluids surrounding the nervous system. This treatment may be beneficial if you are struggling with headaches, migraines, back pain, hip pain, jaw pain, and overall stress.
60 Minute Facial & Buccal Massage
These treatments are focused to addressing the muscles in the scalp, face, neck and jaw. They can help with clenching and grinding pain, whiplash injuries and chronic headaches and sinus congestion.

45 minute rate: $98.00 (gst included)
60 minute rate: $120.00 (gst included)
90 minute rate: $185.00 (gst included)
60 minute warm stone treatment: $128.25 (gst included)

Credit Cards, cash, cheques & e-transfers are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment or no show will result in being charged the full amount of the appointment.
If you are cancelling because you are sick please let the RMT giving you the treatment know by 9am of the appointment date, the fee will be waived. If letting the RMT know anytime after 9am, 50% of the fee will be required and if the treatment is cancelled an hour before the treatment, the full amount of the treatment is required.
No Direct Billing
At our clinic, we unfortunately do not direct bill to any extended health benefits. This includes ICBC claims and WCB claims. However, we can still accept most ICBC and WCB claims, we just require the full payment up-front and you will be able to provide your receipt to your adjustor for reimbursement.
Mask Policy
At this time we are having masks as optional with all therapists. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask or would like your therapist to wear one, please let them know when you arrive for your appointment. We will always have some on hand if you need. If you are sick or have allergies, we would ask that you wear a mask please. Thank you.
